Wow!!!  What a time in the life of our church. 

 

This past Sunday we discussed a lot of our strengths and challenges to see who we are as a church.  A lot of great comments since regarding the service.  I am grateful to you all for receiving it so well.  As we move forward using our strengths to pursue our part in the Great Commission will not only grow the church but grow the Kingdom.

 

But the real news is VBS!!!!!  Eric is quite the VBS Worship Leader!!!!  In addition, we have seen such energy from all of the helpers/leaders.  I think my favorite part has been watching the conversations with adults and teenagers and how they have interacted with each other.  There is a bond of fellowship with serving that you cannot teach or program for.  It happens around the cookies, in the hallway, watching someone else do the motions to the songs.  It has been so fun to see!!

 

This Sunday will be the last in the REAL ID series.  I will discuss the Lost.  What is their predicament?  You won't want to miss this.  I will be sharing one of my favorite stories ever!
